"The overall experience at the Garden Rooms was good. We would return, though there were a few things which disappointed us. The large sliding doors to the outside were very difficult to open. We are not feeble but it was almost impossible to slide due to being very heavy and stiff. The room itself smelt very strong of wood smoke from the chimnea, we did not use it during our stay. "Our stay was perfect from the off ! We stayed in the look out which came with a hot tub. Dinner was amazing went for chicken and beef dish followed by a cocktail by the fire. After dinner headed to hot tub and it stated to snow 🙌.Staff were excellent and never felt rushed. "

"From arrival to departure the staff were very good. The restaurant was great with a good choice of food and the portions were big. The choice of real ales was varied 6 on tap and the ones I tried were very well kept. The whole ambiance of the bar was very welcoming and friendly. "

"East House is a lovely old property. We had a large room with a great view across farm fields (there were cows!), and the sea, you could also see Dunstanburgh castle in the distance. The host was really welcoming and friendly. Despite what it says in the description the beds are fully made up and there is a good supply of towels in the bathroom so you don’t need to bring sheets etc. nice touches in the room included a kettle, coffee, fresh milk, cereals, biscuits, shampoo, hair conditioner,...
