"Facility was clean perfectly felt homely, visited 3 times this year did self cooking every time,all staffs were helpful, and was very safe, they also kept my frozen food after i checked out until my flight, cannot complain at all , , there is no elevator into 2nd floors, but staffs help into luggage handling perfectly.also same as everyone in house keeping were friendly and got into our needs. .THANK YOU FOLKS, SEE YOU GUYS AGAIN IN 2025."

"Was a wonderful stay for a family reunion. The views were amazing, rooms were very comfortable and hosts were friendly and helpful. Our shuttle driver Ravi was personable and ready for a ride whenever we were in need. "

"For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. "

"Check in was a bit hassle. Our check in time was at 2 when we booked it but when called in to check with the property manager he stated it was at4pm. Then I called to ask other question's, and he stated it was at5pm and kept insisting that he told us 5pm. I got upset and he told us the previous guest is checking out late and that’s why our check in time kept changing. It is illegal to not smile in Fiji

"First family trip with 6 month old baby, was greeted warmly and with great professionalism. Food was amazing and clean, had no gastro issues. The staff from groundskeepers to kitchen chefs loves children and often we see them taking our daughter away for a loving hug. It is true what they say about Fiji, it is your home away from home. Thank you Livai at lobby for greeting us and keeping us entertained, hope to see you and your team again shortly."

"Its close to port denaru shopping centre. if you prefer to walk, there is a wide shared path, mostly covered by shady huges trees upto the port shopping centre. If not, there are Bula buses running very often for a day ticket. On the other side, water pressure in the shower is lower than normal. I was in the first floor"
