"I went to San Diego on a solo yolo 5 day get away while my husband fished in Mexico. I stayed in a suite with a view of the marina. The shower grout and tile needed to be cleaned. The color was a pink hew of mildew; bathroom door frames were stained with red marks, looked like blood; pillow case had a noticeable stain; housekeeping didn’t replace ice bucket plastic cover; didn’t replace black cosmetic face towels and small white towels even though the dirty towels were on the floor."

"Really nice hotel right on the beach. Looks slightly questionable from the outside approach, but really nice/funky modern beach vibe once you go through the doors. Clean with a super comfy bed. We didn’t use the pool area, but it looked great. We had coffee on the balcony looking out onto the ocean and it was perfect. "

"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and decorated with a beach motif. It is right on the boardwalk and has a jacuzzi and pool facing the ocean. The breakfast was comparable to a residence inn, just average. There are some loud bars near the hotel but from our room, we didn’t hear the noise. There are some quiet restaurants within walking distance which was more our style. Overall great stay. "

"Unbelievable location. Very friendly staff. Really disappointed in the extra fees. $40 resort fee and $45 parking fee. One but not both seems acceptable. "
