"The staff is very friendly and provided good service. The public areas are lovely, but the rooms could use a little freshening. One safety concern was the slipperiness of the tub, and no bath mat to provide some traction or a railing to help stepping into and out of the tub. Very nice location, easy walk to the beach and numerous shops and restaurants in easy reach. "

"The tap water is not safe to drink. If you need cold water, go to the gym to fill up your water bottle from the water dispenser. Breakfast buffet was good, room was clean, easy free parking, and there's a drug store next to the property. "

"The beach house is a beautiful upscale hotel right on the beach in Hermosa. Easily walkable to Manhatten or Redondo beach. The rooms are large and very well appointed. We loved having the fireplace on and watching the sunset. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Very nice place! "
