"About average overall but they are one of these hotels that advertise a nice pool but in the signs they have everywhere “The pool is close” Not closed"

"This is 3 rd time staying at this hotel in 6 months and the ice machine is still broken. The only ice machine available is on the 2nd floor. However we are senior citizens and we would have to climb stairs since the hotel does not have an elevator. I think at this point it is time to buy a new ice maker since the hotel is usually at full occupancy when we stay there."
