Property from the outside was nice! Walking in, the place smelled of bad intentions!!! Hot tub was closed. There was no notification of that before choosing this place. Complimentary breakfast was cooked in the microwave,l. Eggs and sausage!!! It just smelled bad in the hall way!! Would I stay there again? Probably not.

This booking was a nightmare. First of all, their staff lied about changing my reservation before I got there- we needed to change our dates, and called the property beforehand. The staff member told me she changed them, but actually didn’t. I ended up getting charged for a no-show, and that had to be fixed. When we arrived to the property, it was FILTHY. It literally looked like they didn’t have anyone cleaning. The stairs leading to the rooms were disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The smell in the hallway and rooms was simply sickening- like a mix of old gym socks, body odor, wet cigarettes and marijuana! All the rooms are located upstairs, and they had no elevator! Nobody helps take your luggage up the flights of stairs to your room! They advertise an indoor pool and hot tub, which was part of the reason we even booked the property, but they said they were closed “for the season.” What?? Another staff member told us the heater was broken in the pool and the hot tub. We thought we’d just deal with it since we were only there for 2 nights anyway- we were in town for a wedding. However, once we got to the room and the smell became unbearable, we went back to the front desk and asked for a refund. At least the young guy at the front desk was kind and understanding.I’ve never left a property like this before, but this place was absolutely unacceptable for us. I do not recommend this property to anyone, and would NEVER book this property again! RUN!

Front desk staff was not helpful nor greeted when checking in as she was busy on her phone. My room was also dirty upon arrival. Crumbs and hair were on the countertops in the room. The comforter was visibly dirty with gray dirt stains as if someone frequently put their foot on the bed. The bathroom had pubic hairs all in the tub and on the mounts. Hell the cleaning staff could have at least rinsed this off. The manager was really nice and cleaned the room for me as all of the hotels in the area were sold out. I will never stay here again and would advise you to book early at the local holiday inn. It’s nice and clean over there as this is where I usually stay when I visit the area.

The hotel rooms were filthy. Hair in the shower, purple shampoo was squirted all over the shower curtain from the previous guest and was still there when we checked in. The grout on the bathroom floor is green with mold. Spill on the floor from the previous guest was not cleaned. We stayed at the hotel with several other people and every one of them said their room was filthy. One of them had to lay a towel down in the shower because it was so dirty,others refused to shower.

You get what you pay for! Not recommended.
The hotel overall was terrible. The bed was comfortable but the condition of the room was poor. Fan in BR did not work & was hanging fr the ceiling. There was a heavy coat of rust on all metal fixtures. The TV had aprox. 5 working channels. The placed smelled like pot all the time. They had floor installers & painters working in the building that had materials in the main path of travel in the hallways every day. They allowed the contractors to take up most of the space eating in the breakfast room every morning when they should have been working. The parking lot was filthy. There were dozens of cigarette butts outside every door. They did not empty the overflowing interior or exterior trash cans once in the 4 nights we stayed there. The staff was lazy. Housekeeping marked our room as do not disturb by 8 a.m. & would not service our room for that day. He had the nerve to argue with me when i asked him if he planned on coming back to our room to replace the towels. The ran out of tissue.

Extremely Noisy air conditioner. Rust in bathroom. Water barely warm in the shower and was brown when we first turned it on…I assume from rust. You can hear everything in the rooms beside you. It was fairly clean inside the room. Pictures are extremely misleading. Indoor pool and hot tub closed for the season??? What’s the point of that?? Breakfast was extremely limited but not the worst for what they did have. Housekeepers came and collected all the towels but didn’t give us any more. Definitely not worth the 300$ we spent for 2 nights. At the end of the day…I’d look somewhere else.

One day got down to breakfast at 855 am.No meat.Eggs were there all day.No juice left.No one came and replentished anything. I sat there 30 minutes. Also,I have knee issues.They put me on second floor.I asked them if any accommodations and they said no.Why didnt they put a priority for me when one came available?I stayed 3 days?They werent concerned about me.
