"It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. "The hotel was super clean and it was a ome bedroom condo in a newly built hi-riser. The area was where locals live. It was 15 min walk to the beach area. We felt super safe anywhere in the city. I will go back and stay at this hotel again for sure. The food at their roof top was amazing. The breakfast was included and was superb. It was hard to find the hotel so take out the “permen” part pf the street name in order to find it in the maps. Definitely book it, you will love it ! "

Opinions about the hotel

"The room is only cleaned every two days, we only received one bath towel and one hand towel and that's even though we were 2 guests in the room and we had to go to reception and get another set, as soon as they came in to clean the room they didn't change towels but took the dirty ones and hung them up as if they were new Apart from that, the room is very spacious, excellent location, very varied breakfast, courteous service at the reception, overall very good hotel. Highly recommended "
