"Best hotel in Batumi ! Staff are helpful, from check in to check out. Spa facility is amazing (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath until 11pm) also the spa treatments and friendly staff. "The only good thing I can tell is the wonderful location and the view over the Black Sea. The rest was awfull. The Hotel is not old (2013) but it seems to be 20 years old. Lot’s of damages in the room. The hotel is completely occupied. The bathroom had an extreme smell, as if the sewage pipe was not in order. We tried to change the room, but it was just as bad in the other room. The Breakfast was terrible, there was no real coffee, only coffee pulver (Nescafé generic). However, we did the best...

"The towels were dirty, the door couldn't be locked and someone walked into our room in the middle of the night. The staff was rude and not helpful at all, the breakfast was horrible (the food was bad and the glasses were dirty). Overall we had a terrible experience!"
