"Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. "Not central but easy to get into Central KL. A budget hotel, no frills but room although very small was clean. If all you want is somewhere to sleep it served its purpose. No kettle, tea or coffee making facilities in the room and no where local to hotel to eat. "
