"The ac and fan not working when we arrived. the wall was dirty. they left a dead plant in the apartment. one of the cushions was busted. the closet door only opened halfway - badly designed. tge freezer stink with durian odor left by previous tenant. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us.
