"The pool was nice. But it closed at 6:00 pm - sunset was at 7:40. And it did not open untill 11:00 am which was checkout. We arrived at 2:35 pm. Met a person at the deak who told us that check in was at 3:00 pm - which was true. She told us that our reservation was for two nights. That was incorrect- it was for one night. She barked at us to sit down as check in is at 3:00. At 3:10 we knocked on the door. She said a room is not ready and promptly left as her shift was done. Someone else...
