First time to visit Israel

Nice location on the Tel Aviv Promenade with easy access to the beach. Good buffet breakfast. Pool decent but small and crowded. Location ideal for walking downtown to shop or eat.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful customer service Front desk people were so friendly and accommodating They gave me a free upgraded room and when I told them I was there to volunteer to treat soldiers with trauma, they gave me a free dinner! And when I had a minor problem with the room (no heat, stick door to the balcony), engineering was there in 5 minutes. Everyone was SO nice, which was surprising since they were all Israelis!

The staff at this hotel is amazing! We were guests while TelAviv was being shelled!! They made sure we were in safe shelter and did a great job of staying calm. The hotel and all the staff were absolutely amazing. Professional, helpful, organized, and outpouring of compassion.

This is not a 5 star hotel

We booked this trip with very high expectations. We hardly go away as a couple so wanted a place where we would feel pampered so we picked this place as we saw it has amenities like a spa and sauna.. after paying an exorbitant amount of money for a 5 star hotel we were highly disappointed. Rooms totally outdated, peeling and unkept. Broken doors, cracked walls. Spa is closed (not indicated anywhere on the site) ripped beds and curtains. This is not a 5 star location and not what I paid for. Food is good but had to pay extra for breakfast, dinner we got as compensation.

PLEASE improve! It’s a shame that we had a terrible experience at the hotel. We were greeted by a very unpleasant staff, the rooms are so outdated and have unpleasant smell all over the hotel hallways. Breakfast was great but place was overcrowded. Very disappointed. Herods Hotel

If you are looking for a comfortable, mid-range hotel, with easy access to the beach and surrounds, this is ideal. It has an old school feel which suits that generation well, but would be good for budgeting families as well. It is faded in parts; but the staff are good.

Well located hotel.

Well located hotel with nice breakfast. There was no room for us to sit by the pool so we went to the beach. Also when we checked out they don’t have anywhere safe for us to store our luggage!

Nice hotel but desperately needs renovation Great staff very helpful Great location Room had scratched up Furniture half of the lighting in the room was broken and balcony was covered in rust and bird poop
