It was chilly enough in the room that I left my coat on while it warmed up. The hall and main area of the reception and area the breakfast room was in was very chilly the whole time we were there. For customer comfort I would suggest turning the heat up a degree or two. The heat situation is why I gave the hotel condition a lower grade. "
