"All I have to say was that this place was immaculate, it hit way more than my expectations! My suite was very clean and it looked so good. The staff that checked me was very nice and respectful and after I checked in I wasn’t bothered all. When it was time for checkout I lost track of time and the staff that came to remind me that it was time to check out was very respectful. I would 10/10 recommend! I’ll be booking here in the future as well!"

"The hotel was very clran and modern, we enjoyed the full kitchen. We reserved a king bedroom through Expedia but since we weren't rewards members we were "bumped" to a 2 queen bed room. So, although the hotel was nice we didn't get the bed we wanted!"

"It was a standard Hampton inn. It was good enough for a night stay, but it wasn't the Ritz. The staff was phenomenal, but they didn't have any glass glasses to drink wine out of. It's just that kind of place. We enjoyed it. It was good for what it is."

"We have stayed at a lot of hotels in the downtown area, but this one was by far, our favorite. The professionalism of the staff was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by everyone we encountered. The room was perfect! The cleanest we have ever stayed in! We will definitely return for another stay. "

"Great place to stay! Fairly new facility. Very clean, quiet and the breakfast offerings were decent. I stayed on the 4th floor, overlooking the parking lot and I could see my parked car. The lot was well lit and safe. The room was clean and bed comfortable. I could do with a little more water pressure but that’s a personal preference. I will definitely stay here again."

"I traveled in early Jan 2025 to visit family in Covington KY. Not knowing the area, I was unsure of what to expect. Covington is an amazing small town and the unit we stayed in was perfect. It was myself and my adult daughter. We both had ample space and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return someday. Todd - Florida"

One night stay

"Although we were in the hotel and room for only a short time, in at 8:30pm out by 7am, our stay was comfortable and convenient to our needs. This is an older hotel but has been remodeled and was pretty clean but the bathroom had a very noisy exhaust fan and the floor edges and corners were not tended to well. When we entered the section we were to stay, the carpets were being cleaned with a strong Lysol smelling solution. I did have coffee and yogurt for breakfast and the dining area was very clean and well stocked with food and supplies. The staff that we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Overall I found this to be a good budget hotel. "
