Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel. "This is an incredibly nice house close to the city centre and very well connected to the train station by bus. The kind of place where you would like to live at some moment during your live. It's roomy, elegant and the host is as helpful as patient. I had a problem late in the evening and it was solved inmeditely. In addition, it's eqquiped with all the ammenities you may need. I hardly believe anyone could find a better place in Maastricht."

"Loved this property. The breakfast and staff were wonderful. They accommodated mom with a main level room. The beds were comfortable. We could eat outside in the garden. They do need to change the window in the bathroom. It wouldn’t close or open and there was mold in the bathroom. The tub was very slippery and needed a grab handle."

"The property is beautiful. However, the management has some serious issues. You can’t find the one person who is working, they leave at 6pm and lock the facilities. We booked the best suite three months in advance. 3 days before they told us they booked a wedding and would give us our first night free. They did in the smallest hobbit room ever. Still waiting for our refund as I write. No customer service. "
