"This is a lovely Inn. Amy & Nick, the owners, are wonderful and welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious, and the rooms were very comfortable and cozy. The sheets are SO soft! A quick walk into town for lunch and shopping. A short walk to the lake which is gorgeous. We recommend this B& B highly. We will be back often. "

"Before the pandemic, we stayed here a few times and enjoyed it. We decided to try again this week. What a pleasant surprise to stay in a totally updated 2 bedroom unit. Wow! Super impressed with the Summit. Super quiet at night, beautifully taken care of resort and close to so many fun things. 5 stars!!!"

"This property was fantastic! Our room was extremely clean and the staff was incredible! In the office there were snacks, coffee, water, and even homemade blueberry bread the day we checked out! When we needed extra shampoo, they were on it right away. They are also dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us! Though our stay was short, I could not recommend this location enough. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The Inn was so beautifully decorated and the landscaping was incredible! The view out every window had a spectacular view of Squam Lake and the fall foliage. Breakfast was included and was very delicious. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back."

"We stayed for one night after attending an event at the Barn on the Pemi and having dinner at the Italian Farmhouse. After checking in, we socialized in the lounge with friends and family. The craft cocktails were very good, and I recommend the espresso martinis. Service was great and all staff with whom we interacted with were friendly and helpful. "The room was clean. Not a lot of room but good for a two night stay. The most important thing I can tell you is make sure you right the directions down. While the hotel had excellent service the town did not. Very frustratting, especially at night. Our friends had to find us and take ys to the motel. They have a limited breakfast availability, but little a DD not to far away."

"View wise it's a fantastic location. Unfortunately the road it's on is super busy and crossing to get to lake feels dangerous. They are clearly in the middle of renovations, we had a newer room, brand new paint and carpets and bluetooth built in to bathroom mirror which was super cool. However, no safety bars in bathroom, nor a shelf in bathroom and floors are super slippery when wet, and no dresser or places to put or hang clothes so I hope they are still a work in progress. "W lived our stay here. The view over on the property was fantastic! Our room had a fireplace and Adirondack chairs right outside that all added to the great atmosphere. If you are looking for a relaxing peaceful retreat this is definitely the place to stay. We loved it!"
