The property is relatively clean, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel. The location is not far from transport links so that's a plus—useful amenities in the hotel, like a swimming pool, etc. The room cleaning service needs improvement. The Staff are rude and unhelpful. We were not provided replacement towels and had to prove to the staff that it was so before they would give us another towel with a lot of hesitation. On arrival, we received a free drinks voucher, which we left in the room, but on return, we found those were gone. The hotel also isn't suitable for people with kids or toddlers. We needed milk in the evening for our little one, but the staff at the restaurant wouldn't give it, even if I were willing to pay for it. Overall, I would rate the property as good for travellers without kids making a short stay.

The hotel is overrated, I don’t think it deserve to be a 4stars hotel, no amenities in the toilet until been asked , the size of the rooms it’s very small & they said all of the rooms are the same , the smell in the toilet like sanitary odor, the distance till the nearest metro needs 10 minutes walk it’s not pleasant especially in the summer time in the month of August in Barcelona. The staff are very friendly & helpful

The kids loved the pool, which was a great plus for the price of the place, however we had to cab to almost every meal and place of interest. That was an added cost we did not anticipate since many reviews mentioned how central and convenient the location was for them. We were near a bunch of car washes. Good coffee 4 blocks away walking thru, a lot of things that were not the greatest.
