"This property is top tier! Location was perfect for the Toyota Center! The interstate was close by and the transit system was near as well! "Excellent B&B! What a wonderful surprise to find this place in midtown. The place is beautiful and extremely well kept. The breakfast was outstanding and the chef a great guy. Host was very helpful and personable. Would highly recommend!"

"Stayed here with family including 5 year old for a rockets game. Hotel was off by of by itself somewhat but a good thing. Area was nice and hotel was clean. The room smelled fresh upon arrival. Check in was smooth. We had broke down and needed to tow our car here and they accommodated us to park it out of the garage. Property is kept well and room was nice. The lobby was busy busy all the time but I think there was an event so understandable. No complaints. "

"Was perfect dog-friendly location for a couple of nights in town to visit museums. Location is very convenient to the museum district as well as restaurants we had planned to go to in the Heights area and River Oaks areas. Also convenient, clean, potty area for dogs (they have large area w/ astroturf type surface and handy poop bags). Room had well appointed kitchenette. The only negative was there was no cold water-it was always very warm to hot. Would stay again."

"Dawn at the front desk was amazing! Very friendly and offered many dining and entertainment options that were close to the hotel since we were traveling from out of town. The hotel was clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again if we are ever in the any in the future. "

"I ran the Aramco Houston Half Marathon this weekend. The hotel was filled with runners due to the location near both the start and finish. I had a suite which included a stove top, microwave, refrigerator. They also had silverware, plates and ceramic mugs. Incredible convenience at a reasonable price. "

"Very straightforward check-in, parking, and access to our room. The room was clean and had a great view from the 17th floor. The shower was spacious and had fantastic hot water pressure. It was an overall great experience for the cost. The breakfast menu and food were another highlight."
