"Beautiful location with a spectacular view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Take the half board. The food is good and it's very convenient. The shared cabin we had was small. No shower in bathroom but a great jacuzzi tub. The cabin we were in had very short doorways between the bedroom and bathroom and at the entrance. I'm 6'5" so there were a couple of head bangs. "The hotel respected all my expectation. The internal structure in wood gives you a sensation of heat and makes you feel good. The room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is rich and with good varieties, the staff is very kind and professional. The restaurant is good with excellent dishes. We also went to sauna which although is small is good. Since I skied, I had a private shuttles service from the hotel to the cable way. I hope to come back!"

"Overall fantastic - views are second to none. The hiking around the area is unreal and it’s great to be there before the first train and tourists descend. Dinner was amazing and servers were extremely attentive. Only feedback is that for the price they could have proper coffee machines in the room! Small thing but in other cheaper hotels there were real coffee machines whereas this was cheap sachets… with nothing else around it would be nice to have a proper coffee. "This place is a gem! They were so nice, the location is within easy walking distance from the train station, the ferry, and the main downtown area. We loved the pool area.
