I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel. First of all, although I have already paid for my room through expedia they charged me at the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not notice that when I was there! I’ve been struggling a lot to get my money back from Expedia! About the hotel itself, bed sheets were not clean. General condition of the hotel was poor. Door key was not properly working. Bathroom sink was clogged. Breakfast was so bad that we decided to eat outside the second day! I’m very unhappy! I do not recommend this hotel.

It was our first time to travel to Bangkok. Arrived late night the in house dining was already closed fortunately there were snacks in the room. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly . Great pool sheltered in the courtyard. Good breakfast options. Good service with welcome drink on arrival and luggage storge. Room was ready a little late but nice lobby to wait in. I had a perfect stay at Villa de Pranakorn. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms are comfortable and in great condition. Breakfast was good and hotel is well situated to reach major sites quickly. Street is relatively quiet but great food options near by.
