Excellent hotel. Good location very near BTS. plenty of dining options including Michelin noodles. plenty of massages. the only bad point is the TV is too small and it lacks international channels. Maybe the hotel should look into changing to bigger Smart Tvs

I’ve traveled a lot around the world and run into a few obstacles along the way. This time in Bangkok, I came down with some really bad bacteria. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me. They stayed in close contact to make sure that I was OK and did everything in their power to make sure I recovered. I’m very grateful, especially for Toon and Markuo.

A pleasant short stay
Pleasant check in experience upon arrival. Front desk Ms Toon ensured that all my family needs were addressed for the night stay. Hotel was indeed very clean, though some furnitures were a bit dated. Overall we had a pleasant stay here. Location was also convenient with a short walk to major shopping malls and BTS station.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel becasue we loved the 1st time we stayed. The staff is aimed to please on every level. The rooms are clean, cozy, and updated. There is plenty of shops, stores and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed for a week each time. It is a little more pricier than other similar hotels but I loved my experience so much that I was willing to pay a little more.

This is very nice hotel, The location is convenient, room is wonderful, breakfast and dinner are amazing, However, sometimes,The emergency alarm in the room malfunctions. The third time happened at midnight.

The service was what I enjoyed most. I needed a 2pm late check out and housekeeping accommodated my request. The ladies at the service desk pointed me in the right direction to walk to the mall Emperium. And the concierge attendants did an exceptional job with keeping up with my luggage overnight since it was only a 1 night stay til my flight next day in the afternoon. I will stay there the next time I return to Bangkok.
