"We are very happy to stay at your villa The staff is excellent The whatsapp group is great, very convenient and always available. Thanks for everything. Some points for improvement 1. The ants in the kitchen and outside 2. The sunbeds are outside without mattresses (we asked and were told that there are no mattresses) And in general, a villa that hosts 4-6 guests must have a respectable outdoor seating area and not just 2 sunbeds."

"It is a great place with a fantastic location with a view and private access to the pool. Amazing sunsets and good location with easy access to the fish and food night markets and shopping IF YOU HAVE A SCOOTER!! The hill would be a tough one to scale multiple times a day on foot.
The cleaning crew was amazing and nice and the amenities have now been upgraded by us with wine glases. But when we arrived the kitchen cabinets had a mild moldy smell.
Overall, we enjoyed the place tremendously...

"We wouldn't know where to start. The villa is amazing, the food is high class but best of all, the staff have made our trip. Their personalities, smiles, and kind gestures have made this one of the best experiences we could ever imagine. The area is a bit quiet, which is nice, but transportation is limited if you don’t rent a car. Breakfast was very good, and overall the service was excellent. I would recommend this property for families — just keep in mind that renting a car will make getting around much easier."

If I had one criticism, it there weren't enough cost hangers !
Please bear in mind this hotel is up a step hill . It is 40 minute walk to fisherman's village or quick taxi.
We would had a lovely time and I would recommend it "

"Lovely quiet resort, that gave you a workout the paths are quite steep, but always a man in a golfcart eager to give you a ride to the top. If you want a ride into town you have to book for the free shuttle the day before. We missed out on this because we were only here for 2 days. They dont seem to have footpaths into town so a bit unsafe."

"We had a wonderful relaxing day at Briza beach resort staff were amazing. Everybody was so friendly and professional Ken the manager was amazing very great guy Ammy was very friendly and a very hard worker Pat or Patricia cooked the most wonderful eggs I’ve ever had in any restaurant anywhere in the world. I recommend any Aussie family or couples or friends staying together. You have to get down to the Briza great rooms delicious buffet breakfast very good price and wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Thanks very much for a great day to the team at.briza beach resort we will be back thanks guys"
