"Staff was so kind and friendly. I traveled with an elderly. They always showed their kindness and went beyond their expectations to help me with my elderly accommodations. I appreciate the “luggage” team who offered to help me wheel my elderly from the entrance to the room. Buffet breakfasts had various items and different food everyday. The location was convenient for travel to the attractions. I only used the Grab car and taxi because of the elderly. It was hard to catch a Grab car in Chinatown bcz of traffic. On the last day, one of the taxi drivers offered to drive us around for the whole 8 hours for 1500 B. That was lovely!"

"Easily one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Their Sky Bar & restaurants were amazing. They even allowed us late check out but then gave us a complimentary room for an hour in the evening to freshen up before we left for the airport. This was a game changer & have never had this before. Was a blessing with small kids. I couldn't fault them anywhere. Will definitely be returning back to Lebua when we are in Bangkok next time. "

"I loved everything about this hotel. As soon as you arrived it smelled so clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A lot of places to eat around in case you don’t want to eat at the hotel. They also offer free ferry rides. The pool area is very nice beautiful view. "
