"Very clean, professional and classy. Would’ve enjoyed my stay more if pool facilities were available during our stay - they were in maintenance over the 3 nights we stayed. Perhaps a heads up communication to let guests know when important elements aren’t available - my booking was because there’s a swimming pool included in our accomodation.
