"The shower has a rather odd system to open and have hot water, it took us 2 days to realize! But all we needed to do is ask the friendly staff, they are always happy to help! I also had an issue with the key and they assisted me even if it was off hours. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The staff made this a memorable vacation. They were always there to help with any questions. They recommended tours, sights to see, transportation to sights. A central location for tour stars and end points. The China Town food tour start point was only a 9 minute walk.
