"Perfect location. 10 minute walk into town. It’s an older property with nice views of the water. Breakfast was nice with croissants and coffee or tea. The host Peter is very welcoming and is knowledgeable on things to do in the area. Rooms are a bit cold but it is October and the weather was cold windy and rainy while we were there. I would recommend a stay."

Was great walkability to the whole town including pubs for dinner, fresh produce stores and pharmacy, not to mention a couple of different off licenses. "The reason to stay here is that the location is fantastic. The town of Kinsale is a beautiful place for a seaside vacation. The accommodation itself was a little run down and dirty but for the continence of being so close to the centre of town it was worth it. Not an accessible stay, lots of stairs for anyone who has mobility issues."
