Best hotel stayed in and that says a lot. Such a great location, great bar and breakfast, lunch was also delicious. They let us into the room early, we were exhausted after an early flight so it was a god send. Obviously, it wouldn’t be a given and would depend on occupancy but we were very fortunate. Will definetely recommend the hotel to all family and friends and will not stay anywhere else in Cork.

Our room was very nice and very clean. The location was very good. It was very easy to walk around and go shopping or dining without any extra transportation. It would have been nice if they had a refrigerator in the room however they did provide coffee and tea in the room.

Overall, it was a very nice stay, as expected, in a 4-star hotel. There were many good things, and here are some not-so-great things for us. The offsite parking is inconvenient and borderline painful, a big negative, and the logistics aren't easy. We dragged our bags 3-4 blocks to the car when leaving. Also, there were no instructions for the baggage lift at the entrance, so I dragged my bags up the stairs since I couldn't operate the lift. A family with a child in a wheelchair had the same issue when I was by the lift. Post instructions on how to open the gate and to raise and lower the lift...seems simple to fix. I liked the self-check-in kiosks and check-out on my phone/device.

Was surprised that when told our room was not ready, but if we slipped over 20 Euros it would be. So I took a 20 and put it on the counter and said my room is not ready but when I give you this 20 it will be? Shocking!

Great location for staying in Cork. The staff are very helpful. Upon arrival there was a small snafu with the room that I ordered and the room that they gave us , however it was quickly resolved. They even brought our bags up to the room for us.
