"Room was small, but yet spacious enough for two twin beds. Bathroom was clean n updated, altho the lighting can improve as it was a little dark. Was surprised to find bath robes n umbrellas in the closet provided as well as bedroom slippers. Nice jacuzzi on the roof top, and breakfast there too"

We did not have a car so parking wasn’t required but I was told that it’s difficult to find parking in Penang. On the hotels.com description it says close to shopping Center which I think is referring to Time square however that mall is closed. There are other shopping areas just a little farther away. "This hotel is truly 5 stars 🌟 Our suite room was gorgeous and so spacious. We were overlooking the sea in the heritage section of the building. Everything you need for a great stay, even our mini bar items were free ! Also had access to lounge for tea/coffee throughout the day and drinks & snacks between 6 & 7 pm. We had breakfast in Planters as it was quieter than than Sarkies and a beautiful view from the outside. We will definitely stay there again. "

"The staff here are excellent people. Nice. There was a rock concert across the street and I asked if we could move rooms to back and they accommodate. We stayed 5 nights only one was noisy because of concert. The staff cannot help that. Good breakfasts, good laundry services. Friendly, friendly, friendly. Wonderful people "
