"It was a ok stay and glad I took up the option of having excuitive room as even the bed was big and room size also big,the bathroom was not and the shower very lukewarm,it did not provide a hairdryer and at reception did not also,there was no bar at the hotel and the breakfast was truly asful"

BY Far the biggest issue though was the directions on Expedia took us to a location 22 kms from the actual hotel.
Fortunately a group of locals managed to find the core address in the internet!! We were not happy!

Very hard mattress set in top of permanent concrete platform. Leaking a/c that was a fixed with a piece of wood that pointed directly onto mattress. "Our party of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this peacefully oasis. The scenery and setting were both magnificent, and every member of the staff we met went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was extraordinary and served in a very beautiful room with views of the mountains. Our stay was overnight and we all wish that we plan to stay longer and enjoy the serenity of the resort and the surrounding areas."

"The Staf in the reception did not speak english. We had a reservation number from hotels.com but had to wait for about 1h in the reception while they tried to find it in their computer. The Staf was very arrogant and not at all professional.
