"Nice resort. Excellent Gym with hot sauna tube & pool nearby. Main pool is not what I expected but other pool option (at residence area) makes me happy. Good breakfast available. However not so much dining option inside of facility (very remoted hotel location so not so much option outside). I stayed farm side and it is special experience. We stayed 6 days at this Four Season resort but too pricy comparing with other hotel resort in Chiang Mai. Lower price can host more visitors I think. "

"Staff where so helpful we actually booked a standard cabin but the advertised bath wasnt there she instantly upgraded us to a design tent with the outside bath. Aircon was very good a little to good. Breakfast was also quite good by thai standards and came with eggs toast and sausages in a buffet style. And coffee was free all day. Remember to grab some extra coffee or tea sachets for your room. Wifi isnt working currantly due to recent floods hope they fix this soon but apart from that nothing...

" Beautiful resort, absolutely top class staff and such a wonderful place. This is exactly what we wanted, a resort out of the main part of town but still easy to go in town. The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. "Any detailed rating is really absurd so "unsatisfactory" is used just because some specific rating are demanded by this program. This hotel has been closed for some three years and has no business being advertised. It is the site of a tea farm. We did eat and sleep there because the on-site caretaker was gracious and there happened to be one bungalow kept for the owner's infrequent guests!"
