"The staff was so friendly and helpful with every aspect. I’m a solo female traveler and I felt really safe even though the town is somewhat off the typical touristic areas. The views and the sunset were amazing! The room was gorgeous and very posh feeling without the price tag. It really felt like I was a part of their world. "My husband and I loved it! The bungalows are beautiful and clean. The staff are generous and kind. The food is delicious and can be made to your specifications. The owner is friendly and enjoys giving tours and showing Bali to customers! We are grateful we had the opportunity to stay here. We highly recommend staying here; you will love it! I hope we get to come back to this place one day. We made memories here that will last a lifetime! "

"Staff was trying their best, but seemed uneducated in hospitality. Barging into my villa without even knocking is never appropriate. The whole place seems to be under renovation and should be closed. Breakfast was ok, but the staff didn't understand to keep the items hot, just left the lids open. Dinner was a very limited emergency selection in a 2 hour window. I checked out a day early and moved on... "

Beautiful and memorable stay on Lake Beratan

"A really beautiful stay in nature, on the lake and surrounded by the mountains— every morning we wake up to breathtaking natural sights! We opted for glamping so it was a new experience. Unfortunately the stay wasnt as peaceful as we hoped— the establishment is unfortunately in between two campsites with campers who made a lot of noise singing karaoke till late in the night (past 11pm) and blasted loud music early morning (when we woke up 7plus am for breakfast). At night the insect sounds were also very loud— you need to be really tired from day activities to be able to fall asleep at night from all that noise from insects and nearby campsites! Otherwise I would definitely recommend Pondanu Cabins— to be surrounded by such beauty of nature and delightful staff — is truly a blessing a life. "
