"The hotel position on the beachfront was fantastic. Breakfast and meals looking out at the sea and the surfers you could not beat or the view from the infinity pool. "A sanctuary only a short walk from excellent warungs, diving services and the beach. The rooms are spacious with gorgeous outdoor showers and are set in lush gardens. "I liked that it was rustic, rather secluded, on a quiet road and had very nice staff. I liked the yards and gardens and the pool looked nice although I didn't try it. I didn't like: the smell of the tap water, the shower head (or rather it was just a cement trough), that the breakfast was minimal (I basically had to buy myself more breakfast at a neighbouring resort's restaurant), that my room didn't have AC because it was open air from the top of the walls to the rafters."

"This is absolutely a five star property experience, and to be frank, anyone who says otherwise is just and idiot. The property is manicured daily by a large group of caretakers, and the staff is constantly smiling at you while greeting you. It is set perfectly on the beach right in front of a biosphere for snorkeling, and very cheap (but great) restaurant extends to the beach as well. Don't give it a second thought, and just book it! You will love it!!! "

"This is an amazing place. Small, personal and very relaxing. Rooms are actually little houses with their own terrace that look upon a gorgeous garden. What's not to love? "Pros:the dive company at this hotel is very good The hotel is good value for money The location is handy. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach Cons: as diving company is French, its owners and majority of guests are French, they sit around a very large table with lounge chairs and speak in French and smoke. I found this very alienating as we like to meet other travellers but felt excluded and as non smokers can't handle smoking. If you don't mind that then this hotel may suit you."

"TirtaSari is very affordable relaxing accommodation. It’s like the real Bali 40 years ago. No hawkers , wonderful staff, super peaceful, lush gardens and nice pool, food was really good, spa also on site. Massages were great . Prices were very reasonable. Beach was a 2 minute walk.
