"As always we had a pleasant stay. Great staffs especially Jessica and Gracean ( I hope I got his name correctly spelt ) Patdon me if I didn’t. The hotel is so conveniently located as this time around we only took the busses and MRT to move around. Applaud the Singapore government for the efficient public transportation system. "

"About 30 mins from the airport. Clean and room is a little small but we were not able to avail the breakfast due to early flight but the front guy was nice enough to give us at a least some croissants to go. Overall it’s ok."

"The free breakfast was okay, but I expected that boiled eggs would be served because it was in the featured photos.But the staff was very accommodating. As for the room, the upper bunk is too high."

"Does not feel like a relax hostel. Interior stairs & beds looks like prison. I Guess it’s only me who feels this way."

"My room was old with worn carpet hasn’t seen any paint in a life time and had one leg missing of my bed which made it unstable "

"Nice comfortable room except the floor was constantly wet and slippery. Need to be cautious when walking in the room. "

"Being staying in this property each time I am home visiting family during X’mas & New Year, and it never disappoints. Staff services are great, rooms are clean and closed to amenities. Best thing is I can move the airport luggage cart to drag my luggages from my room to check in counter!"

"Stayed at Club room for 4 nights, a neat, clean, & quiet room. Located at convenient location, 15-18 minutes by Taxi or Grab to key locations i.e. Airport, Universal Studio Singapore, Art Science Museum. 1 minute walk to 7 eleven, MRT station, local supermarket, Hawker centre and shopping mall 100 am. Staff are professional & friendly. Highly recommended "

"The hotel is in a great central location and there are both MRT stations and taxi stands nearby. I appreciated having the mall next door to grab a quick bite or stop by the 7-11 for a SIM card. The thing I appreciated most was that I was able to get access to our room early in the day which was great as we had taken a red-eye and desperately needed a nap. I know that's not guaranteed by any hotel but they somehow made it happen!"
