"房間溫度太高，整晚無法入睡，住宿一晚後，早上向大堂職員反影，職員收到改回冷氣供應，否則提供電風扇使用的要求，並同意安排維修部立刻處理；到晚上約11點回來詢問情況，並回覆已經調整為冷氣供應，事後回房如常啟動冷氣及沐浴，及後發現仍無法調節冷氣，便與大堂再聯絡及安排員工上房處理，最路回覆是無法提供冷氣，只能安排風扇，結果整晚也無法入睡。實在太差體驗！"
