"There was a karaoke bar or disco bar beside the hotel and it was very noisy during our stay and that we can’t sleep. If you don’t have car, the area is very inconvenient as you only will take taxi to go around the town area. "

"This is a clean mid level hotel with friendly staff. In close proximity to Botanical Garden. Plenty to eat in breakfast buffet. I would prefer if the food were hotter. The buffet starts at 7 am but already cold when we came to eat at 8am. There was a omelet station and cook to order. I would stay here again if I'm in Baguio."

"The place is very clean , their buffet free breakfast has lot of options and different everyday, staff are so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended . Love the layout of the room, got 4 twin beds for 4 pax. "

"One of the Fd tone of voice is a bit rude. The building and everything are old and some are rusty. They didn't honor the price showing for extra guest on Expedia. On the first day, the breakfast was delivered to our room. On the second day, I've asked to deliver the breakfast to our room but they declined because room service is only for seniors and pwd. I'm confused."

"Clean, comfortable and good-size rooms, could comfortably accommodate big families. Staff are well-trained, Alvin Nicer is worth- mentioning. My husband and I were very picky in terms of cleanliness and organization, but Alvin exceeded our ecxpectations. He took care not only of our needs and requests at the hotel, but also recommended great places to eat at and new attractions to explore in Baguio, a testament of his expertise in hospitality and tourism. "

"I would've given 5 star but in the morning of our last day, I slipped in the shower hitting my head on the wall with me ending up with a bump on my head. The shower had slippery floor and when my told the front desk of what happened, they said there should've been a rubber mat but there was none. Going home with a bump on my head but otherwise, the hotel was nice. Just be careful with in the shower and ask for a rubber mat. 😄"
