"We had a wonderful Fri-Mon stay at Habyt Waterfront. It's a 5-minute walk to Ostkreuz Station and nice views of the surrounding areas. There is a shop on the corner selling snacks, drinks and small selection of toiletries. Lovely and friendly service from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left. "Great hotel that I've stayed at twice now. When I came for my second stay I opted for the more basic room as I was travelling solo - would not recommend downsizing. The room felt exceptionally small, even for a single traveller. That being said, our previous room was great. Good breakfast, friendly staff, and a nice bar. "The staff was very pleasant and informative. It’s not too far a walk to the metro which will take you to some of the iconic sights. The rooms are on the small side but clean and the beds are comfortable. They have a parking lot where you can park your car for a fee. "

"What I loved about this hotel might only be for some. There is no reception, no room key, no noise, and no cleaning lady waking up in the morning. But the hotel is spotless, the design sleek, and the room amenities above average (best body lotion ever!). Whenever I'm in Berlin, this is it. I don't have to keep searching."

"Had a wonderful stay at Smartments Prenzlauer Berg. Facility is modern, clean and located adjacent to the Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station - making transportation super convenient. There is a large grocery store within a block. There is a Doner restaurant that is open 24 hours (as of Sept 2024) next to the apartment complex. Room equipped with small refrigerator. Bed low but comfy. No air conditioning but did not need in September. Fan in room - which would definitely need in summer month....

"The property is really nice. Our biggest problem was that our room was at the end of the hall and threw a doorway where our room and two others were located. All overhead lights in that hallway were out. We asked the first night that at least one of them be replaced because it was so dark. It never happened. It would get worse later in the evening as they would cycle more and more lights off in the hallway. Also no conditioner or lotion products left in the room and no washcloths, so just be...
