"First time in Germany, or Europe ever. Blindly booked this Hotel, and was amazed at the property and all of the staff. Not knowing how to speak German, the staff was eager to take time out for me to help me navigate the city of Schweinfurt. First time in Germany and I was made to feel safe and at home! My daily breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and unbelievably prepared! Amazing chefs and restaurant staff. Most notably was “Matthew”! Very friendly and informative. Knowing that I was there alone, and unfortunately with Schweinfurt and/or Germany spent every available moment with directions sights to visit. He kept my safety in mind with trains, taxis and whenever I was going on foot. Normally I’m difficult to completely please, but I couldn’t find anything negative to comment. I certainly hope the management there values “Matthew” as much as the guests there do! "

"We called the hotel on the way because we knew we would be late and they were very accommodating and put us at ease that our room was ready and no issues with the late arrival. The staff were friendly and we had a great nights sleep."
