"Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."

"첫날부터 들어가는 번호키가 작동하지 않아 1시간을 밖에서 기다렸다. 무인 시스템이라 연락도 제대로 되지 않고. 공사가 덜 끝나서 냄새도 나고 불쾌했다. 밤새 소방 시스템 문제가 있었는지 경고음이 울렸다. 스위트룸이라고 되어 있는데 전혀 스위트 하지 않았다. 부모님과의 여행에 너무 불쾌했다. 완성이 되지 않은 방을 임대했다. "

My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff.
