Only negative is lack of air conditioning or even a ceiling fan / any fan -- this made it challenging to sleep at night in late August; keep that in mind if you are coming from the US and used to lower sleeping temperatures. Breakfast and dinner (optional, for a fee) were excellent and I'm a picky eater. The property offers a selection of great wines that they produce as well. Highly recommend for a unique place to stay in Piemonte for a great price! "
