"This was our first time in this city and took a chance with this hotel. Hyatt Centric did not disappoint us at all. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the valet with a smile and the front desk staff were awesome! We had such a wonderful experience! Absolutely clean rooms hallways and every amenity we came into. The welcome perks were a plus of course! Welcome drinks and discounts & free dessert at restaurants steps away from lobby what more can you ask for! The pool was awesomely calming at night when we went- love the lights that illuminated it. The bar was wonderful and service was great! This is a gem & we highly recommend Hyatt Centric!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel St Marie. Really nice boutique hotel conveniently located in the French Quarter close to Bourbon Street but still not in the middle of the noise. The staff are really friendly and very helpful, responsive to any additional request and professional. My mom has mobility challenges and we were able to use the hotel's wheelchair when taking her out. This was really helpful and made a huge difference to the experience she had in New Orleans. Will definitely recommend Hotel St Marie to anyone visiting New Orleans! One minor recommendation is to have an umbrella or two incase guests arrive while it's raining which is what happened to us. However the staff nicely gave us towels to dry off. Overall a 10 out of 10 from us!"
