"We loved our stay at the Shangri-La. The view from Blu Bar on the 36th floor was beautiful and our spa day at the Chi spa on Level 2 was amazing! I would stay here again in the future! "

Room was tidy and clean and whilst not large had everything needed (tea & coffee facilities, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, safe & fridge). Staff were super friendly and check-in/out was a breeze. For the price even had housekeeping everyday! This is my go to place for visiting Melbourne."

"This hotel is always a winner, great location, great spacious clean rooms. Always my go to when staying in Sydney. Really fantastic Hotel with old world charm delivered modern 5 star experience. The only problem I had were the lobby bathrooms that really needed to be cleaned, way below this hotels standard. My room as always was immaculately clean as always. "
