Room was clean. Staff members friendly. Reception staff said room number out loud for other to hear. I was also charged a $100 refundable bond on top of the cost of the room which I was no aware of at the time of booking. This bond was not on their website

A fantastic stay. The staff are amazing and the food is particularly good, we dined there a lot. The rooms are nice and there are a lot of great facilities close to downtown and waterfront.
