"Outside the Sonesta looked nice, lobby and breakfast area was nice as well. Elevator old and slow. Carpets worn out. My room was decent liked it was a suite with a table and kitchenette. I liked there was a small couch and bed looked nice. Bathroom had chipped toilet seat and ground by sink and tubs stained. Overall it was a nice stay nothing fancy. Breakfast was decent. If some upgrades were made would be nice. Walls are thin so I can hear people walking and talking in the hallway. "

When they were contacted by this third party, they cancelled, and returned my money back to the card. That was ADMIRABLE!!!"
