"Booked three rooms for 8 people. Didn't use two of them as 6 of the group refused to stay in the rooms. One mattress was urine stained, cobwebs blocked one of the bathroom doors, and one of our party is convinced one of the mattresses showed evidence of bedbugs. Reached out to hotels.com regarding a refund for the two unused rooms and was told it would have to be through the property, was placed on hold while they called the property and was told they'd just spoken to them and the manager would...
