What a huge huge disappoint. I booked a night and due to a storm and a cancelled flight wad unable to make the night here. I called expedia who said they needed approval to get a refund. Just got a email that they didnt get it. Huge failon Marriot. Im.a 75 plus night a year and they are my next call. This isnt a way to treat your loyal customers. I had a booking with you for next year for the Mart and I will cancel. Pretty disappointing. I would be very very careful booking anything at this Hotel .

Only one elevator in operation, very slow. Waited almost an hr. on a hamburger order at the bar. It snowed 2-3 inches, parking lot was a mess. Bed was comfortable.

1- first the staff was overwhelmed 2 - the lobby, corridors elevators were dirty 3 - sounds like upper management doesn't work on weekends (even when it is busy) 4 - went to the breakfast before it closed and were told that they didnt have enough supplies 5 - we paid for the parking but there wasn't any control! Why paying then... 6 - Beds... I was staying with my partner but the beds were sooooooo sooooooft that the bed were like in a V shape. Time to change the beds. I wouldn't stay again in this hotel even if it was free, We couldnt sleep.

Employees didn’t appear overly concerned about providing an awesome stay. Property and Room were clean enough to be comfortable but not what you’d expect at a hotel. Bathroom sink was really slow draining. Only one working elevator for 10 floors. My city view room on a high floor (Expedia option selected) faced the backside of a building across the street. All that being said, this place was in downtown ATL, in walking distance from many attractions, at a super affordable price.
