"I loved this place except for the issues with hot water. 1) It was very hard to regulate, so sometines it would turn scalding hot by itself and 2) Two days there wasn't any hot water in the morning. I mentioned this to the receptionist and he said it was a recurring problem in higher floors. But it didn't seem they didn't have any intention of fixing it. Problem is bad enough that I wouldn't stay in this property ever again. Too bad, everything else was really nice."

"ULIV Parque Lincoln is wonderfully located on a quiet block that is extremely close to restaurants and shops. It’s a lovely neighborhood right at the edge of everything. "Great location! Nice large unit with separate bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Could use better lighting in the living room area. Showing some signs of aging especially in the bathroom. "I found this place to be excellent value compared to the other aparthotels in some of the more popular neighborhoods. I stayed in multiple properties in the "go-to" neighborhoods and this place is nicer at the same price point. But the real secret to this place is the rooftop.
