"We just had an awesome experiences at the Cabanas La Serenisima. Paulina gave us a great welcome and showed us the entire cabin which by the way it was very clean and had everything you need to make your stay really comfortable. We'll be returning this summer 2024 or in December 2024. We highly recommend these cabins in Tapalpa, Jalisco Mexico."

"Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Could use some updates. Room included a kitchen with sink, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Dishes and utensils were also included. Property has beautiful vegetation, some being exotic. Manager was quite congenial."

"I couldn’t have been more impressed! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city. It made exploring so convenient and stress-free. The room itself was an absolute dream. Super cozy, with comfy bedding that made it hard to get out of bed in the morning! The room had a warm and inviting vibe, and I really appreciated all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out, though, was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was so friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. They were always ready to help with recommendations or any little request, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a perfect spot for both relaxation and exploring the city, with fantastic rooms and even better service. Can’t wait to return!"

"The first night was horrible, one room had many bed bugs. We didn’t use one of the rooms as we didn’t want to deal with the bugs. For the Second room the girls took the bed boards off as they found spiders. I did request to get moved to another room. Reception was understandable and got us moved the same night. We did get moved to another bigger cabin. Which was much cleaner. Other than the first night we ran out of water. The last two nights we had issues sleeping due to a sound of a pipe. Which kept going off and on every 5 minutes or less. The kitchen staff was incredible. "
