"Numa Lisbon Rato was a lovely building, the apartments were great, clean, high quality. The area was nearby good food/drink locations and a 2 supermarkets a couple minutes away. Multiple transport options nearby or can walk to the centre of Lisbon in 20-25 minutes. However, my biggest issue is the air con, even though it's turned on you can't feel it and have no control over it. It wasn't warm in Lisbon 15-20 degrees but the room was still warm. I would not stay here during the peak of summer...

"The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. "The deluxe room is smaller than expected due to the layout of the room, but washer/dryer combo is included and located inside the bathroom (pay 1 euro for detergent). There is housekeeping. "Great location. Short walk to Metro station. Right in the heart of old Lisbon. Staff were great. Our room was stylish, the bed comfy, and the kitchenette a nice bonus. The shower needs some attention but that was our only complaint. Note to future guests: if you arrive back at your hotel late at night, please be respective of the other guests by keeping your voices low and not letting doors slam. Thank you."

"Fabulous clean fully equipped studio apartment. Right on Pink Street with lots of bars on the street downstairs. Being high up and soundproofed windows meanth this is not a problem for noise. The access is secure with 2 codes. The Hotel down the road are excellent and you can use their facilities and free evening drinks. They placed treats in our room each day. Short walk to Tiem Out Market and the central areas. Recommend for a stay in Lisbon."
