"A mixed bag, mostly decent. The hotel is on an island which has an efficient boat service connecting it to the dock. The gardens are really well maintained and pleasant. However, the hotel isn’t cheap and check in was not well managed - slow and unwelcoming. Having put a review in, the customer relations team did respond well and gave a free connection to our cruise boat up the Nile. Breakfast was not great, lots of choice but not the best quality. "This is a very nice hotel on an island in the middle of the Nile. You need to take a boat to reach it. The boat starts from the point marked "Pyramisa Isis Island Pick Up point" on Google maps. All the tours and private cars will meet you at the parking area at this pick up point. The boat takes about 5 minutes to make the journey but you might need to wait 15 minutes for the boat to set off. It runs all hours. Due to its island location this is a very peaceful place. "
