"Very Old property, the doors does not work the shower broke down in the middle of the night and staff does not know English. It was horrible experience. The breakfast sucks they charge for the omelette. I will not visit this hotel again. "

"The hotel lobby was beautiful and was being renovated. Beautiful tranquil paintings adored the walls. In the room, the shower hose had a hole so they replaced the hose and the shower head - it was great. Unfortunately the phone wasn't working but they allowed us to check out late with no charge for the inconvenience of both. The included breakfast was varied and filling - we couldn't finish it all. We weren't expecting it to be so good - we were very impressed. The view from the restaurant - and the room - was beautiful. It was well worth it and we would be happy to return and stay again. The service, in the restaurant, by the porter, and the front desk staff was exceptional and far surpassed any inconvenience."

"Guest relation manager Reham had contacted us prior to our visit to ensure that any of our special requests could be accommodated. Maria was very helpful at check-in and offered us a complimentary upgrade and even arranged for a cake to celebrate our son's birthday. The location of the property on the top of the hill was quite unique and gave a view of the unfinished obelisk and the Nile, with good sunrise/sunset view. Would definitely recommend this property."
